Heavenlies officially began in November 2010 but we have a long history of baking......

Great grandmother Bertha, 1873 - 1945 was a professional cook.

She looks a bit of a fright poor soul – but we wouldn't be without her recipe for Christmas cake!

And with all her baking skills she did manage to snag herself this handsome young man... Bertha passed her knowledge onto her daughter-in-law Mary

Grandma Mary born 1912 our inspiration, it's her recipe for lemon curd that you all love so much the lemon tarts and frostings. Her favourite is Yorkshire curd Tart.

Last but not least Lorna who bakes all day and even dreams about cake at night!
